LINSEN is a platform to enable and incentivize access to top firms, regardless of your network and connections. Through LINSEN, users have the opportunity to meet employees to receive insight on their personal experience as well as on their day to day tasks
We believe that the key skills used by top employees can be successfully applied to most roles, even in completely different sectors. No desktop CV review, no matter how detailed, can substitute a one-on-one meeting.
Companies only receive applications for the job positions they open. But candidates may not apply if they don’t see open positions that are aligned with their skills, sector or experience. We believe companies are receiving only a small portion of the applications they could get.

Edoardo is an investment banker with an engineering background. He has spent the last 10 years focusing on big ticket energy and corporate M&A transactions. Edoardo holds an MSc and a BSc in Electronic Engineering, with a major in Digital Electronics, both from the Polytechnic University of Milan.
Andrea has held several leadership positions for financial institutions across African markets where he launched digital financial services. Andrea earned his Masters in Political Sciences at the University of Sydney, and holds a Bachelor of Sciences in Management from Bocconi University in Milan.
